Member of the Oracle Cloud PaaS Nerve Ops Support team. Role is to provide support to Oracle Cloud Customers to ensure service availability and enable good response time for their requests. Role includes resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint,  determining the cause of the problem,  selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up with Product / Service development teams to ensure resolution. Duties also include to maintain, administer, monitor and report the state of large-scale Oracle Cloud Infrastructure be responsible for its high availability and best possible performance.
