The role of Global Project Manager is to ensure the delivery of projects to a defined best practice. It is necessary to create and maintain client specific project plans. A Global Project Manager needs to act as the principle point of contact for all project matters. It is required to contribute to the control and alignment of project activities between delivery and development teams.
