Recruited as the Systems Administrator for the Accounting Operations Center (AOC) networked systems and data center. Supported the development of service-wide financial and budget systems, equipment, hardware, and software requirement analysis, communications and infrastructure support, and contracting for Automated Data Processing (ADP) services. Supported end user hardware and software, end user applications and security awareness training. Managed the LAN and WAN, along with connectivity to Department of Treasury financial programs. Managed the computer and telecommunications infrastructure along with maintaining of system documentation.• AOC Project Lead for the development of systems specifications relating to End User Hardware, Security Hardware and Data Center Hardware Upgrades. The work encompassed all phases of the design process from requirements analysis to post-implementation support. • Managed the computer and telecommunications infrastructure which included administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies, Administrative Financial System 3 (AFS3), system documentation (planning and procedures), and development and management of the AOC Intranet Website.• Represented the Office of the Comptroller and AOC as the technical liaison/advisor for Regional Wide-Area Network (WAN) Administrators, Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Configuration/Change Management Board (CCMB), Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory Core.• Chairman of the One General Support System Change Advisory Board (OneGSS CAB). Designed, Planned, Managed Resources and Implemented the NPS Authorized Software List Database.
