Furthermore, we are investigating the population genetics of the data that we glean from the ddRADseq to study the source-sink dynamics, potential patterns in gene flow, and historic population sizes of the sea scallops in areas ranging from the northern Gulf of Maine to the Mid-Atlantic Bight. I also investigated how habitat complexity in eelgrass meadows influences growth and survivorship of bay scallops in Nantucket Harbor. -
