• Member of Senior Management Team co-ordinating and problem solving all aspects / functions of the Housebuilding and Contracting Business. Direction and Staff Management of the Partnership Housing Function.• Sourcing new business opportunities for Private and Affordable Partnership Housing Developments and Contracting. Experience of immediate and strategic land acquisition.• Bid writing and completion of Pre-qualification Questionnaires and ITT’s for development opportunities and frameworks (using Microsoft publisher to produce bid documents). Procurement of external funding programmes such as HCA Newbuild, Get Britain Building, Firstbuy Homebuy, Kickstart and Market Engagement schemes, HCA Delivery Partner Panel.• HCA Affordable Housing Programme 2011-2015 (AHP) – securing AHP grant, directing management, delivery & co-ordination • Land identification for new build and refurbishment private housing and AHP sites including co-ordination of viability process (using RCS appraisal system and Excel), negotiation of commercial and contractual terms with Owners and Agents through one to one negotiations or informal and OJEU tendering. Lead negotiator for Yuill throughout PQQ and Competitive Dialogue, for the establishment of New Tyne West Development Company LLP (NTWDC), a 50:50 joint venture company between BKY LLP and Newcastle City Council for the development of an 1800 dwelling urban village, with new commercial and social centre and CHP district heating system, in Scotswood Newcastle. (HCA No 1 Northern Region Regeneration Priority and KPMG Top 100 World Infrastructure Project).Board Director of BKY LLP (a Barratt, Keepmoat and Yuill Partnership), directing and overseeing financial investment and development activities of private sector partner in NTWDC, Acting as Company Secretary for BKY LLP. I also chaired working parties with the public sector partner on a range of subjects relating to the project.
