For over 40 years I have worked on property orientated transactions for both the private public and not-for-profit sectors and have substantial property development experience acting for developers, funders, investors, land owners local authorities and occupiers in new build, regeneration and investment schemes and their letting, funding and investment sale/purchase.Acting for a number of institutional and private investors I also have a wealth of experience in leading portfolio acquisitions, disposals, securitisations, property due diligence, lettings, surrenders, re-gearings and day-to-day management issues. I also regularly act for clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial leisure and industrial property on a freehold and leasehold basis, both new build and existing buildings.In November 2013 I was appointed to the Editorial Board of the Law Society's Conveyancing Handbook and in September 2014 I was appointed to the Conveyancing and Land Law Committee of the Law Society where I lead the commercial property working group.
