• Acting Planning Superintendent – Mobile Fleet, Drills, Fixed Plant, Hoisting• Plan and schedule optimised, cost effective Outages and Major Maintenance Projects. • Major outages and projects have included;• Underground Gyratory crusher replacement (METSO Superior Mark2) top, bottom shell, octagonals, and internals.• Ground up rebuild of underground Jakes Jaw Crusher and feeders• Hoisting, ropes, sheaves and winder motor replacements.• Stacker slew bearing and counterweight replacement.• Structural repairs and replacements.• Grizzly,Ore pass, rail and train rebuilds. • Chute, Bin and Feeder relining and rebuilds.• Outage & Project tracking and management reporting. • Outage & Project budget forecasting within a +/- 5% variance.• Facilitation of outage milestone, optimisation and readiness meetings to ensure alignment of all work management activities to production and operational plans.• Monitoring and controlling of outage and project data to ensure continuous improvements are implemented.• Post outage and project reviews to ensure improvement of planning output and execution results.

• Acting Fixed Plant Superintendent.• Outage execution Management and Coordination.• Working with all mine departments and planning teams to ensure minimal impact to operations when executing fixed plant and major maintenance tasks.• Monitor team operations and ensure seamless execution; liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractors.• Assist in yearly CAPEX and OPEX preparations including estimation, forecasting and spend tracking.• Ensure scheduled maintenance checks are completed to statutory requirements within timing restraints.• Utilise the 1SAP PM module; achieved improvement in availability and reduction in reactive maintenance mine ore handling system.• Decision making; take complete ownership for execution strategies and priorities.• Mentoring of team members, presenting safety and information rollouts.• Employee procurement.
