Senior Director, Project And Asset Development
Current• Support cross-functional initiatives in asset development from early phase through to launch and commercialization.• Intensive interaction with small biotech company operational and executive teams where sponsor/external stakeholder oversight is higher.• Rigorous liaison with Syneos commercial teams providing support for strategic development plans to assist future commercialisation• Provide oversight to Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs) managing full scope projects ranging in size and complexity including global projects and portfolios.• Mentor and support less experienced Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs) in their day-to day activities.• Manage scope of work, objectives, quality deliverables, resources, risks and other project management activities. • Provide operational contribution to proposal development and business development activities at a project level
