Currently my daily duties consists of:• Contributing to SMT/IDS overall growth strategies with input as requested• Contributing to sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth in areas of responsibility• Identify specific sales targets, secure appointments, develop and deliver presentations, and build positive client relationships• Develop compelling proposals, with appropriate input/buy-in from all relevant internal departments integral to delivery of the service/product and appropriate pricing (Operations, Development, Creative). Lead client negotiations, consummating with contract sign off• Help identify opportunities to build client awareness of SMT/IDS and the company’s products and services for SMT Marketing• Contribute content for SMT/IDS web and press releases• Regularly contact clients and monitor client satisfaction with SMT/IDS services. Recommend and help implement appropriate service improvements as well as explore needs for new services• Monitors and evaluate competition as well as industry trends, including behavioral, financial, technological, and demographic factors. Recommend SMT/IDS response strategies and tactics• Provide account management and support for SMT/IDS event service delivery, as required
