Foam Panel Coordinator
Current- Constructed over 2000 retail refrigeration display cabinet carcasses. - Knowledgeable of each type and work process to maintain a high standard of all products.- Coordinate and work effectively as part of a team including crucial training of new employees to ensure effective onboarding in a given time frame.- Maintain detailed logbooks for work progress and productivity which report to upper management. - Proactive in anticipating upcoming work and checking stock of parts to prevent shortages.- Responsible for ordering necessary supplies to ensure stock stability.- Stock management through internal system for booking off carcasses, transferring parts and verifying stock data accuracy.- Responsible for ordering of consumable parts of the department. - Possess specialised knowledge of specific machinery used in production.- Adherence to standards and work procedures.- Contact point for supervisors and management on work progress.- Involved in the physical production including manual tasks like lifting, use of power tools, hand tools and pop riveting.
