The Corporate Operations Manager provides a variety of management and professional support roles across the organization with an emphasis on planning, operational efficiency, procedure effectiveness, performance management and organizational development. As IT Manager I was responsible to deliver service and support for the staff of Canada Brokerlink located in all branches across Alberta and Ontario. As Project Manager I oversaw the implementation and expansion of a centralized system as Brokerlink continued to grow through aggressive acquisition. During the 6 years Brokerlink went from 75 staff in approximately 10 branches to over 600 staff in over 30 branches.
