Stephen Malss represents Low Emissions Technologies Australia (LETA) as Director, Low Emissions Technologies.LETA is responsible for managing the fund, developed by the Australian black coal industry to support the Research, Development and Demonstration of low emissions coal technologies.Stephen supports the strategic direction of the fund as well as project review, project monitoring and joint venture negotiations for technologies that fit within the portfolio of the LETA fund.Stephen is a Chartered Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has over 30 years experience in engineering of which the majority have been in the Research and Development of low emissions technologies. Stephen has held a variety of positions ranging from Operations Manager to Engineering Director in fields from Automotive Low Emissions R&D, Submarine Engineering, Locomotive and Marine Engineering, to his current industry being Low Emissions Technologies for the coal industry.
