As a result of my legal background - with one foot in the corporate world and one in the wellness world - I am perfectly placed to teach yoga , meditation and wellness to organisations . I fully understand the pressures of a desk-bound job - both mental and physical - and the stress that demanding deadlines and long hours place on our bodies and minds .I know how to communicate effectively with business people and make yoga and mediation accessible to all. I am able to demystify the teachings and separate the effective from the esoteric .I am privileged to have helped Institute two wellness programs in leading London law firms and worked with Global Accountancy practices and Advertising agencies .For me the new movement of healthy buildings and wellness architecture is the future of property . As Winston Churchill said “ We shape our buildings and then they shape us” and we must move to a world where we fully consider the interaction between human health and buildings . I advise property owners ,restauranteurs and hotel companies on what it takes to make a healthy space and speak and write regulalry in his area. I have carried out research work for Delos the company behind the WELL building standard and I will shortly be qualified as a WELL AP. As well as speaking on a panel last year at the Global Wellness Summit on Wellness Architecture I have recently been appointed as a Thought Leader for the Global Wellness Institute.I also consult for hotels on wellness strategies and run and curate independent wellness events at London hotels.

I was a partner in the Real Estate Group dealing with all areas of commercial property and particularly hotels and overseas investment into the Uk. I advised institutions, property companies and high net worth individuals .I wrote extensively in the property press and wider on all manner of topics - particularly recently on healthy buildings -and was featured in the Estates Gazette, Property Week , Solicitors Journal , the Evening Standard and Bisnow . At the end of 2016 I chaired a panel session at the Estates Gazette Workplace and appeared on Arabic television to discuss the implications of Brexit for the Property Industry.I advised property owners ,restauranteurs and hotel companies on what it takes to make a healthy space and spoke regulalry in his area.
