Stephen managed business operations, sales, project management, product innovation and production. His organizational expertise, business sense and innovative efficiencies ideas took Mitchell Mill System to an internationally recognized company with annual sales of $30M. In 2016 he sold the business allowing him to start a new venture Innersee Initiatives Inc. and pursue his passion for business development and innovation. Stephen’s roll at Innersee is to develop and grow the business along with sharing his expertise with our clients in building successful operations. Stephen has built a reputation for his innovative and creative ways to manage and solve problems. His work experience encompasses many industries, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, mining, automotive, recycling, renewable resources, feed and grain, aquaculture, pet food, and agricultural. Having these experiences in these different work environments allows him to provide prospective and advise with the understanding of multiple ways of working.
