  • Established the Service Asset and Configuration Management team. This consist of six teams that support the Service Management department: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Tools and Tech ( ServiceNow Admins), Reporting, Testing and Capacity and Configuration Management.• Developed the Hardware Management team from two resources with little functional responsibility to a team of nine supporting an Enterprise wide Asset Management application, ordering processes, and IT Asset disposal saving, RFID technology for over 120,000 workstation devices. • The Asset Disposal program saves Trinity Health nearly $2M annually. • HAM team implement procedures for tracking, destruction, loss, and theft of equipment that may contain PHI data thereby reducing the Risk for legal and financial impact to the organization. • Developed the Software Asset Management team from three resources whose primary responsibility was trying to maintain App rationalization for locations, no software inventory capability or awareness, and little involvement in Software negotiations to a team of eight that helps manage the inventory and licenses of over $30M Workstation and Server software across all of Trinity Health. The team has implemented a Software Asset Management tool and is now responsible for facilitating license renewals with vendors, Infrastructure Services, Legal and Supply Chain and has contributed to savings TH many millions of dollars by helping to avoid or lead Software Audits.• Worked to implement a Configuration Management Data Base for use throughout the Enterprise. This is a multi-year effort with highs and lows but with the help and support of senior leadership across the organization is now being successfuly used within the Organization. • Mentored and developed new leaders in each of their respective areas.
