With Mccurrach Financial Services being a fledgeling "off shoot" of their Industry recognised Grocery Business, my main responsibilities other than facilitating Telephony and Field teams for (most notably) Investec Structured Products, are to up-skill our existing team in advance of our proposed expansion, and introduce process and documentation to help govern both IT Security and Industry Compliance. Currently Sales Units and Operational functions exist within the same remit, and longer term (as we grow) my goal is to separate these functions to allow governance of system change and development, against the clients needs and wants.We primarily operate MccFS via Salesforce.com.

Whilst facilitating Mccurrachs Grocery operations, I was part of the team commissioned to implement a new system from "Back Office" through to Reporting Hubs, internal support systems, and provide ongoing support, and reviews, during implementation. In short a complete overhaul and modernisation of their existing IT and service platforms (IRIS).All systems implemented by a 3rd party firm (IRW) were Microsoft based.
