Responsible for managing a wide range of development and construction activities to achieve successful business plan execution. Facilitate detailed coordination with other internal departments such as Acquisitions, Asset Management and Leasing as well as management and oversight of a wide variety of external consultants, vendors and third party professionals. The primary professional responsible for the execution of the development and construction activities for multiple assigned projects at various stages of the development and construction cycle. Projects may range in size and scope from a 2,500SF turn-key tenant build-out to million plus square footage assemblages with a multi-year entitlement and design process. Ultimately responsible for managing and coordinating all development & construction activities from acquisition, due diligence, and business plan underwriting through successful project delivery of an income producing asset within budget and on schedule.

Managed the design and construction of a 268 unit market rate apartment building project at the intersection of 14th & U Streets in Northwest DC. The project featured high end finishes with modern styling. Also coordinated the project to ensure we met the needs of several high end tenants including Trader Joe's, Wells Fargo, TICO by Michael Shlow, and the Wydown Coffee Shop. The project was 330,000 sq.ft., which included 40,000 sq.ft. of retail and 150 subgrade parking spaces.
