My current role is Operations Supervisor at Osborne, Isle of Wight. On a day to day basis I manage a large team of people, making sure the site and staff are ready for visitors. I give team briefings; deal with rosters and shifts and tackle any staff disputes. As well as setting out the daily tasks I am in regular contact with payroll and manage payroll budgets. I order stock, liaise with local producers and suppliers, organise events and deal with complaints.
