I am a field service tech. I make repairs and trouble shoot our equipment. I install machinery and set it up. I train the operators and maintenance crew at the different bakeries. I deal with the use of Rockwell programs and make changes as our engineers see the need. I have been involved with the start up of several new bakeries for several companies in the baking business that use the Burford equipment. Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.

I directed my maintenance crew to the trouble calls as they are call in. I assisted with my crew trouble shooting the call to get the equipment back into operation. I worked with the production supervisors on duty to maintain that all equipment ran without problems. I wrote up the daily shift reports and pass on information to next shift on turn overs or problems. Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.

As the assistance manager, I work with the customers on getting the work they needed done, the usual daily paper work for accounting, supplies, and training of employees. As operation manager, I maintain the equipment to stay in working order, trouble shoot the equipment and repaired the machinery. Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
