Instrumented the implementation with Ruby and Unix shell scripts to allow real time alerting and reporting for system status and package information. This system is now being using used as reference architecture for CMU’s effort to re-engineer its own Linux architecture (Andrew Linux).● Charter membership of Computing Services Service Oriented Architecture Center of Excellence (SOA-COE). Gave recommendations to upper management regarding use of SOA, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Web Service Technology. Currently evaluating ESB technologies for CMU.● Guest lecturer in School of Computer Science (SCS) classes.
