Responsible for the development and training of each squadron member as future Air Force leaders. Responsible for all administrative activities to include performance reports, training reports, and deployment records.

Director of Operations for the 10th Airlift Squadron flying the C-17A Globemaster III. Responsible to the Squadron Commander for the day-to-day flight activities for a 110+ person squadron. Developed and oversaw training programs for all pilot and enlisted squadron personnel. Tracked training progress and adjusted timelines and training profiles as required. Worked with the Commander to set the training tone in the squadron. Ensured each tasked worldwide C-17 mission was crewed with trained, current, and capable, aircrew members.

Hq United States Air Forces Europe (Ramstein, Germany)

Chief, Mihail Kogalniceanu Integration Branch for HQ USAFE. Let a 4-person team charged with developing MK Airbase, Romania, into an expeditionary training location for USAFE aircraft deployments. Team consisted on experts in logistics, civil engineering, operations, and personnel management, and routinely worked across the headquarters staff of the development project. Coordinated closely with Army development team members working on a similar training base at the same location to deconflict efforts. Worked closely with Romanian Air Force and Civilian Airport personnel to develop training airspace, correct structural defects in the Soviet-era runway, and to coordinate future construction projects.

Studies centered around supply chain management, process improvement, movement studies, and organizational development. Instructor pilot at the only C-17 primary training schoolhouse in the USAF. Trained pilots in all of the C-17 airland and airdrop missions to include: Low level operations, short field landings, air refueling, formation operations, and all methods of aerial delivery (airdrop). Trained students ranging from new copilots fresh from pilot training, to new aircraft commander candidates, to instructor students, to requalifying pilots.

Altus Afb, Oklahoma

Led an office of nine charged with developing the daily, weekly, and monthly, flying schedules and air refueling missions for all C-17, KC-135, and C-5, primary flight training for the Air Force. Managed a multi-million dollar flying hour program and the air refueling reimbursement program. Worked closely with four separate squadrons to balance flying hour burn rates, flying schedules, and manning, for the office. Coordinated closely with wing senior leadership to ensure the commander's objectives were regularly met.
