Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific-Managed, developed, mentored, and evaluated a staff of 1 manager and 10 individual contributors. Upgraded and validated 5 submarines’ software/hardware to modernized combat control systems.-Generated a first-of-its-kind system employment course to enhance system optimization for over 60 cross-functional teams consisting of 1000+ members through lessons-learned and data analytics.-Optimized software and hardware functionality for end users by providing direct feedback to developers about functionality, potential problems, and ease of use.-Delivered training to 40+ executive leaders on software/hardware system optimization.

- Led watch teams consisting of 8-12 men through fast-paced, dynamic scenarios in order to complete various mission sets and maintain safety of ship.- Quality Assurance Officer - Maintained the Quality Assurance program including training, qualifications, package reviews, and work controls for a 130-man crew. Managed, tracked, and prepared the Quality Assurance program for a US Submarine for Builder's Sea Trials successfully resulting in achieving Unrestricted Operations and delivering a brand-new Virginia Class submarine to the fleet.- Assistant Engineer (Program Manager) - Managed, developed, mentored, and evaluated 4 managers and 30+ individual contributors. Oversaw depot and intermediate-level maintenance of ships, including logistics and repair support.-Planned and managed the successful completion of 40+ reactor plant planned maintenance system projects leading to the on-time completion of key submarine construction milestones.- Chemistry and Radiological Controls Assistant (Engineering Lead) - Lead and managed the Reactor Laboratories Division consisting of 4-8 nuclear trained technicians and maintained multiple programs including the ship’s Radiological Controls Audit and Surveillance (RCAS) Program.
