Facilitated and led numerous Capability Production Document (CPD) and Capability Development Document (CDD) IPTs. These IPTs generate and prioritize the list of required system Key Performance Parameters (KPP), Key System Attributes (KSA) and additional system attributes based upon analysis of current system operations, capability gaps and desired system capabilities. • Black Belt Certified DoDAF Architect responsible for developing Net-Ready KPPs including generating their full range of associated DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF 2.0) views and products. Experienced user of UNICOM System Architect, Cameo Enterprise Architect, and IBM DOORS.• Contractor Program Manager and Deputy Director for the B-52 Strategic Radar Replacement Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) IPT as well as the B-2 Defensive Management System (DMS) AoA IPT.• Developed CONOPS for a wide variety of government and industry customers including: MBDA USA; Northrop Grumman; Boeing; General Electric Aviation; U.S. Air Force: DARPA.• Performed analysis of results of the B-2 and B-52 Roadmap studies to optimize weapon system modernization and sustainment plans. Work included providing advice to and developing software tools for Air Combat Command Requirements customers as they developed executable POM options.
