Subcontract Administrator- Responsible for Subcontractor Purchase Order Agreements, Vendor purchases, rentals and leases.- Review of Subcontractor proposed terms and conditions changes.- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR),- Collection and review of required Subcontractor insurance certificates.- Collection and review of Subcontractor Bonds, if required.- Certified Payroll collection, tracking, review and submittal to Prime Clients.Accounts Payable Supervisor - Responsible for ensuring that invoices are accurate and proper accounting procedures are followed.- Maintain internal and external relationships, - Employee expense report review and approval.- A/P and Expense Reports check generation.- Backup A/P processing, when needed.

- Assist with preparation of annual budgets. - Monthly review of general ledger accounts.- Budget, cost and variance G/L review.- Client invoicing; Federal government, municipal, and commercial. - Setup and maintenance of contracts in Oracle.- Assist with audit fieldwork for external audits.- Accounts Payable Supervisor.- Billing Supervisor.
