I am dedicated team member with significant experience In IT and telecommunications industry. I have contributed to stability and performance on a wide variety of platforms and systems. I am currently employed by QLD Government in a Help Desk role.In my recent role I have been active in maintenance and upgrading of Server fleet for Windows and UNIX systems, San storage platforms with multiple petabytes of Net App storage and support of a substantial windows Hyper-v virtual desktop platform. Recent history includes application support for Exchange 2007, Blackberry and Good mobile Messaging and Symantec Email Journaling systems in a 55000 seat exchange environment. In March 2011 I received the Telstra COO's award for Customer service for contributions when seconded to Australian Defence Department to assist with stability in their Blackberry platform. On a daily basis I would interact with internal, external stake holders and vendors to maintain our systems and contribute to platform concurrency. I work well with our development groups to implement upgrades, patching and address performance and capacity issues in systems.
