Hypnotic Coaching is the non-therapeutic use of hypnosis which combines coaching with the power of hypnosis. Hypnotic Coaching is the process of guiding a client through a tailored, one-of-a-kind experience that combines focus, imagination, and clear goal setting to envision and embody a new experience of their life. A Coach wears many hats – advocate, cheerleader, and guide. A Coach helps their client determine their goals and the steps needed to reach them. This often includes helping my clients identify the mental and emotional blocks that are stopping you from taking action; examining false beliefs about yourself, others, or your situation; and facing the limiting perceptions that have convinced you that you can’t have the life that you so desperately want.Hypnosis is actually very simple. It’s the process of focusing intently within your own body and mind and using your imagination to reprogram your own subconscious. It’s a collaboration between the client and the Hypnotist, who facilitates the conversation between conscious and subconscious.Hypnotic Coaching has a solid foundation in the principles of Coaching, with a strong emphasis on all aspects of the non-therapeutic use of hypnosis (body, mind, Spirit and emotions).
