Managed the Billing and Banking suite of 11 business critical applications for the Client and Customer Services Application Solution Group. Team makeup of onsite and offshore designer/developers. Functions of applications includes processing cash to/from clients and vendors, customer billing invoice processing, payment reconciliation, rating management, processing of reimbursement to vendors paying/pricing claims on behalf of Cigna, producing 1099 statements to providers, and maintaining employer bank accounts for claim payment. Technologies supported are C#, Visual Basic, mainframe/DB2, CICS, and SQR/BRIO. Team is responsible to implement large-scale system enhancements as a part of the enterprise project portfolio. Day to day operation includes resource management, financial management of over $1 million yearly resource cost, negotiating vendor contracts, career development, project planning, cost planning/estimating, system direction and oversight.
