With nearly two decades of experience from the United States Air Force (USAF) and within my current role as Business Development Manager at NOVA Technologies, I’ve had the privilege to pioneer initiatives aimed at optimizing training resources and introducing cutting-edge innovative technologies across various aircraft platforms. I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact these innovations have had on training methodologies, both military and civilian. This work has been immensely fulfilling and has solidified my dedication to driving progress in this field.I've held various leadership positions, most recently serving as the Air Mobility Command C-130J Training Systems Manager. In this role, I spearheaded initiatives to optimize aircrew training resources and implemented cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technologies across multiple aircraft platforms, revolutionizing the training landscape within the USAF. As the Extended Realities Training Lead, I led the integration of VR, augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR) technologies into aircrew training programs, resulting in significant cost savings and increased training efficacy. Leveraging my expertise in risk assessment and market analysis, I've successfully navigated government contracting processes, securing multi-million-dollar projects to develop state-of-the-art training facilities and simulators.With a robust skill set encompassing project management, technical writing, and communication, I thrive in dynamic environments where creativity and strategic thinking are paramount.
