Conducts habitat assessments and surveys for other special-status species, including burrowing owl, Swainson’s hawk, and other raptors and migratory birds. Prepares technical biological studies in support of environmental impact reports (EIRs), environmental impact statements (EISs), environmental assessments (EAs), and initial studies, and prepares biological assessments, natural environment studies, mitigation and monitoring plans, arborist survey reports, rare plant survey reports, wetland delineation reports, and environmental constraints analysis.
