Hello, and thanks for checking out my page! My name is Stephen Thomas and I’m an MRP controller at Knauf insulation at the corporate office in Shelbyville Indiana. I’ve always strived to move my way up the ladder. I started working at Knauf in June of 2017. I took a leap of faith and walked through the door as a temporary employee. I was quickly recommended to hire. I was then promoted to a process associate and after a year I was promoted to a relief supervisor. I was in that position for 8 months before being offered a salary supervisor position. I was a salary production supervisor for 2 years and 7 months before being promoted to an inventory analyst at the corporate office. I was in the inventory analyst role for about 6 months before taking a job in my current position as an MRP Controller!
