Application Engineer
Current- Develop SQL scripts and stored procedures to resolve known issues and assist in data correction
- Responsible for support which lies outside the scope of Tier I/II; approval of UPDATE and ALTER scripts, large scale data corruption or migration issues, restoration of failed upgrades, ect
- Expected to be available to assist customer support representatives with resolving complicated customer concerns
- Created reports for clients to target patient records for correction due to data entry/migration issues
- Identified Patient Safety defects and worked with company medical staff to mitigate harm and create known issue client bulletins
- Worked with Development resources to identify and assist with resolutions to defects, including potential code changes and data mapping
