Provide consultancy and client services for different Ministries, Municipal Governments, Not-for-profit development organizations and UN agencies in areas regarding the promotion of peer-to-peer learning experiences and workshops, analyze and influence in present and upcoming governmental laws, regulations and policies and write revised Ministerial or agency 5 to 10 year work plans, help in the coordination, organization, marketing and participate substantively in international development conferences.

Supplied management, investigative analysis, fundraising and event organization and promotion for this regionally active foundation for improving urban development programs and projects. represented the Foundation at national and international level to promote its goals and prepare organization's response to new and future governmental policies. Participated in developing the selection process for projects to be included in a project to transfer successful experiences in Latin America and around the world, facilitated peer-to-peer technical exchanges workshops and met with local, national an international officials to assure that their political goals benefited from, took into consideration and when possible reflected the Foundations corporate interests.

Oversee the design, fundraising, budgeting and promotion of this regional of not-for profits, municipalities, governmental agencies and businesses to promote economic and social development across the region. Guarantee the implementation of agreed upon annual work-plans through the distribution of funds for completed projects by regional network members and coordinating the review of said deliverables by overseeing local staff. Promote the exchange of ideas and technologies through technical peer-to peer workshops and international thematic conferences to facilitate mutual learning between national ministries and local governments to improve the living environment. Identify, translate, document and serve on jury to select winners for global award for best practices and promote winners, participants and related conferences in all forms of media. Work with national and local governments across the region in the elaboration of legislation and regulation of issues related to urban, economic and social development.
