A senior Finance executive with broad commercial experience gained at ASX listed companies such as Davey Water Products (GUD), Boral Windows (Boral) and Laminex Industries. After an extensive career as an operational CFO in B2B companies, I changed to consulting and specialising in, Risk Management, integrating acquired companies into corporate entities or being part of a team performing due diligence on targeted companies. At Davey, I was a key player in making 4 acquisitions in NZ (2), France/Spain and WA. This was the one part of the operational role I enjoyed and it also gave me exposure to how other companies operated. Once the deal has been done, the rewarding part is mentoring staff during the integration period into our world.
