Palram's focus on production technology and product innovation has created a continual product and plant development culture.Responsible for overall development of staff and processes in order to achieve company and customer targets. Working as part of an international organisation, communication took place at both group level with Israeli group members and UK plant management.The role encompasses quality management, business analysis, improvements, staff development and ISO management systems. The role reports directly into the Plant General Manager, working closely on daily and monthly KPI’s. The role was shared between 2 Production Managers who took charge of x6 supervisory staff and approximately x70 operatives over a 4 shift system. Covering plant production operations over 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
