Working at Interfuze I Generate instructor level training Power points, lesson plans, learning objectives, instructional aides, evaluation instruments and Programs of Instruction (POI) on behalf of the CNIC PSS CBRN Program for distribution to 98 departments on 45 mission critical installations worldwide.Create installation level training programs serving as independent study courses on program equipment regarding Hazardous Materials, CBRN awareness, gas detection, radiological detection, weather monitoring, air monitoring, biological sampling, mass casualty decontamination operations and personal protective equipment. Coordinate training sessions and activities of Field Service Representatives (FSR) in accordance with schedule set by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).In my prior positions, I performed specialized rescue; hazardous material response training; fire prevention; training activities; operate assorted equipment; respond to and supervise emergency/ non-emergency Fire and EMS calls; I am responsible for maintaining our training apparatus and equipment stored in the units as well as all training aids. I am a certified CPR, ACLS, PALS, Hazardous Material Operations, Mayday Operations instructor , Designated Infection Control Officer, and hold Officer III and Fire Instructor II certifications. I am responsible for administrative functions inside of the Training Division which include the coordination, updating and delivery of many classes to include New Member Orientation, OSHA Blood borne pathogen / infection control updates, OSHA SCBA and Hazardous Material annual updates, CPR, Firefighter I & II, Hazardous Material and Mayday Awareness and Operations, EMT, and any other training the volunteer agencies request. I have designed and revised a Volunteer Recruit Manual, Job Descriptions to include Firefighter, Firefighter Medic and Recruit Firefighter as well as the job announcements used for advertising these positions. I am responsible for the annual training calendar, and budgeting for the courses under my care, as well as designing annual calendars and training plans for in service multi company drills. I was asked to participate on the Firefighter I & II Development Committee for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs to re work all of the formal documentation and required learning / training hours for the Jones and Bartlett 3rd edition and IFSTA 6th edition. I have assisting with the re-working of the County’s Minimum Qualification and Certification Program SOP, created IAP's for the Firefighter I & II programs practical skill sessions
