Delivering Smiles.As an Operations Manager for Amazon North America Customer Fulfillment, I was tasked with creating and developing plans to ship thousands of units, while fostering the development and safety of hundreds of employees.Using Lean methodology (Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma), I drove significant productivity improvement without sacrificing employee well being or job satisfaction. The team I work with may be packaging up goods for our customers, it's my job to make sure I'm delivering smiles to my team and fostering a culture of inclusivity in the fast paced world of supply chain management.

While managing a Nike Factory Store my primary focuses were developing talent, creating a service first store culture, and helping to elevate one of Nike’s most valuable market places with five stores and numerous brand events.

As the General Manager of Nike Eugene, I was responsible for implementing and developing strategies for sales growth, talent development, and operational efficiency. In Nike's valuable Oregon marketplace I supported multiple store concepts (inline, factory, seasonal, employee only) with partnership around company goals and store best practices on weekly conference calls or store visits. The city of Eugene is Nike's birthplace and building and maintaining community and retail partnerships is essential to ensuring Nike's dominant position in the marketplace. This was accomplished through frequent 1-on-1 partnership with the University of Oregon, local RSGs, and other valuable community partners.

As the Assistant Head Coach of Operations at Nike Las Vegas I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and financial planning for one of Nike's leading Brand Experience stores. My primary duties included sales forecasting, hiring and performance management, and scheduling.Nike Las Vegas is the pinnacle expression of the Nike brand and in the General Manager's absence I would fulfill those duties. This required performance feedback for 20 store leaders, and 125+ staff members. In addition we would support other Nike stores in the district for marketplace onboarding for large groups of sales associates, as well as 1-on-1 with new leaders.

As a Product Coach at one of Nike's leading Brand Experience stores I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and product flow of multiple departments, as well as the talent development and performance management of 40+ direct reports.

As Assistant Director of Operations with UNLV athletics I was responsible for aiding in day to day facilities management, game and event marketing, video exchange, and team activities.
