I lead a small marketing team that is responsible for marketing eCity Interactive and its clients, as well as contributing to the marketing portions of agency web design and development projects.- Joined the agency with the challenge of growing the agency's digital footprint and brand awareness within the Higher Education space, a recent focus for the agency.- Launched a new monthly email newsletter focused exclusively on higher education leads, which has acquired nearly 700 subscribers in less than a year, with an average open rate of 24% and over 700 visits to the eCity website. - Launched a podcast series, the Hashtag Higher Ed Podcast, in March 2017, which has served as a new marketing channel that provides our agency with a way to promote our industry research into new and innovative marketing tactics. To date, we have released 15 episodes with more than 2,100 listens. - Altogether, have generated a 329% increase in web traffic and a 105% increase in lead generation since July 2016.- Lead the marketing efforts for multiple clients from a variety of industries and with different business models, including higher education, Software as a Service (SaaS), and ecommerce. - Have increased web traffic by 380% through frequent blog publishing and long-form premium content, like eBooks and white papers, for eCity’s SaaS client. - In three months, improved web traffic by 60% year-over-year and generated a 7% lift in sales year-over-year for agency’s first ecommerce client through frequent social publishing, paid advertisements, and SEO updates.
