1. Coordinate the budgeting process with the Group CFO including meeting with various department heads to incorporate their revenue and expense targets to produce budgeted financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements).2. 1. Determine and analyze data sets to inform business cases. During my time in this role, I performed an extensive explorative data analysis from data arising from transactions done at various channels (online, ATM, teller, customer service) that yielded insights about customer behavior that would later be used to inform several business cases as well as the company's channel migration strategy.2. Develop models to quantify the cost and benefits of proposed projects and apply capital budgeting techniques to determine their acceptable profitability. I was the financial analyst for several projects, most of which I demonstrated to be profitable and were subsequently approved by the board.

Collaborate with HR department heads to develop a sophisticated and robust budgeting model and performance incentive tool. This resulted in a reduction in the manpower hours dedicated to the HR budgeting exercise by over 90%.
