Daily Operations- Creating and maintaining e-commerce sites to which included product planning, designing, cost analysis, vendor relationships, marketing, and customer education.- Customer Service aspects included project/event planning, designing final product/solutions, payment and collections options, and product deliverables.- Processing orders and working with vendors to meet specifications and delivery deadlines.Specific Co-Owner Role- Maintain the bookkeeping and company financial reporting to ensure company liquidity and positive cash flow to process orders large and small on a daily basis.- Review project agreements with customers and vendors in order to ensure timely accounts receivable payments from customers and account payables to vendors.- Maintain product profit margin reports to determine profit/loss across all ecommerce sites.

Gaining knowledge of the site functions, contract requirements, and fiscal goals, I took on several roles within my department, along with the overall site and company. Client and Contract Duties: Bookkeeping, transfers, auditing and reporting the customer central bank account that flowed to the local districts in the state. Maintained the contract Income Statement, Expenditure Tracking, and Contract Function Assessments that was reported directly to the state. Created and maintained processes and audits to ensure accuracy of work for the client. All functions are overseen by Conduent Corporate along with NYS Comptroller. Conduent Duties: Became the leader of multiple site functions. Moving from an Accounting Assistant to the Financial Analyst, I took on overall Facilities functions from Supplies to Maintenance. I took on the overall site Payroll functions from Payroll Submissions to Payroll Projects. Maintained department budget goals and contract requirements to ensure profitability. Tasks also include AP, AR, Facility controls, Debt Collections, and maintaining company and SOX audit requirements.

Accounting Assignments that handled clients' day-to-day accounting duties, such as AR, AP, Invoicing, Bookkeeping, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and Client Account Maintenance.
