Analysed ‘As Is’ state of the initiative, identified additional critical work elements excluded from the original scope of work, presented and gained approval for a revised schedule and budget of 1.8M€ to the steering committee.Delivered and led the business finance team through the system and business process implementation converging legacy systems and ‘Offline’ data across three integrated business units -Air Express, Freight and Logistics. Ensured alignment of finance business processes with regional standards and compliance with international reporting standards. Coordinated regional and business trainers in the design and delivery of ‘hands on’ training materials covering order to cash (OtC) purchase to pay (PtP) record to report (RtR) to 7 Finance Managers, 104FTE’s and the Shared Service Centre team in Costa Rica including external payroll providers across 31 Caribbean Islands/14 legal entities in 4 languages.
