Responsibilities Include:-Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components are geared towards new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.-Train new sales staff with skills that will enhance sale productivity, closing skills, consulting skills, and product knowledge.

Gather data on property (location, history, financial history, damage reports, previous buyers, etc.)- Gather information on buyer (financial history, business history, prior investments, etc.)- Issue the information needed for closing the loan- Receive and issue the requirements from lenders to the buyer for contingent items in order to close loan (appraisals, inspections, documentation, etc.)- Take information for loan documentation and post it into internal database- Monitor tax requirements and insurance upkeep- Confirm property is performing up to standard (profit and loss, damages, income, etc.)

Patroled public beach area and public pool deck to monitor activities of swimmers and prevent illegal conduct. Observed activities in assigned areas on foot and from tower with binoculars to detect hazardous conditions, for example (swimmers in distress, disturbances, or safety infractions). Rescued distressed persons from ocean and bay, using rescue techniques and equipment. Examined injured individuals, administered first aid and monitored vital signs. Compiled emergency and medical treatment report forms while maintaining daily information on weather and beach conditions. Occasionally operated two-way radio system to maintain contact and coordinate activities between emergency rescue units.
