I began at the store level in Asset Protection and Security and was quickly promoted within 2 years to Assistant Store Manager. From there, I was promoted to District Operations over 3 states. Two years later, I was promoted again as VP Store Operations over the Midwest. I was transferred to New York in 2013 to take on the largest remodel of the flagship store, Herald Square. Due to the success in this role, I was given the opportunity to manage all operations for Macy's Inc. during a time of transition.
