My practice is focused on assisting clients develop, obtain, manage, protect, and commercialize their valuable intellectual property and technology assets. I have an active patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution practice advising clients in strategically developing, obtaining, and managing a cost-effective and diverse intellectual property portfolio. In addition, I have an active trial practice litigating a variety of different intellectual property and technology issues, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation, in a number of different state and federal courts and administrative tribunals, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office.I also have an active intellectual property and technology transaction practice where I work closely with clients in developing and commercializing their technology, including preparation and negotiation of various software and technology contracts, license agreements, and joint development agreements.
