Senior lawyer with over two decades of experience. At Fauna & Flora International since 2018, I help structure, negotiate and implement international conservation projects, and investigate how to use law to serve biodiversity conservation in a range of areas such as land law and company law as well as environmental law. I also advise on a range of legal compliance issues. I previously worked at Linklaters for over 20 years including 10 years as a partner, where I advised on international M&A, corporate finance and UK corporate law.
