My role consists of troubleshooting almost all areas of IT for various clients, each of which with their own unique environments and sets of challenges. Some examples of this include:- Network troubleshooting, monitoring, and deployment (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Palo Alto, Netgear, pfSense).- Workstation support such as printer installation/repair, OS deployment, business application installation/troubleshooting, or virus prevention/removal.- Server OS Administration: Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) & Windows Server (2008 R2 thru 2019).- Virtualization using VMWare vSphere/vCenter: monitoring/administration, physical to virtual conversions, vCenter HA & DRS, vCenter configuration.- Sizing & deployment of new server or network hardware.- Active Directory administration: user management, DC deployment/upgrades, Azure AD Sync, DNS, Group Policy Management, etc.- Office 365/Azure AD on-boarding & management.- Eclipse ERP (Epicor) Linux troubleshooting.- File recovery from failed systems.- Backup infrastructure installation, testing, and troubleshooting (Veeam, InfraScale, Windows Backup).- Ticket & time tracking using Kaseya BMS.- Documentation of critical client information and creation of SOP/KB Articles with solutions to common problems. - Implementation of internal systems to improve technician efficiency and reduce resolution times.

-- Quality Assurance Testing --Conducted website testing and troubleshooting on multiple new sites and web services for the organization. -- Web Development --Fixed various small scale issues, such as UI, product database, or user account management. On top of this I also communicated and managed various freelancers in order to complete more in depth projects.-- Technical Writing --This included anything from QA/bug reports to project outlines and software documentation.-- Project Management --Worked alongside freelance agents in order to complete various different small and large scale projects. This included tasks such as website revamping, CMS development and deployment, or graphic design for marketing and sales. -- Troubleshooting --Dealt with any unforeseen software or hardware complications that may have arisen with our desktops or server.-- Social Marketing --Assisted in online marketing and research.

My main task was to assist customers with sizing, troubleshooting or installing their solar configurations. As well as assisting with customers I also tested various returned products such as panels, charge controllers, and power inverters.
