As project manager and lead curriculum developer on a multimillion dollar Department of Labor grant project, it was my job to guide the implementation of a scalable online curriculum in orthotics and prosthetics and ensure the projects were delivered within aggressive timelines.* Provided leadership on high level curriculum, web, and continuing education projects for an $11.1 million Department of Labor TAACCCT grant. * Organized and managed a national curriculum review program that included five (5) college/universities, twenty-three (23) faculty and staff, and twenty-nine (29) professional reviewers from the business sector. * Oversaw the development/design of, and implemented, the nationally recognized hopecareers.org website. (now retired) * Led the design of an industry leading online portal for continuing education at oandpedu.com. * Managed an extensive section 508 compliance project including two (2) vendors, four (4) staff, over one-hundred (100) hours of video, over seven-thousand (7,000) Powerpoint slides, and over one-thousand (1000) pages of documents. * Guided the content licensing application for seven (7) programs of study containing hundreds of open educational resources in the area of Orthotics and Prosthetics.
