This included Market research, alignment with our internal partners, etc. and projected to result in $450k of annual savings.• As the owner and manager of the Monthly KPI Scorecard, I diagnosed and corrected issues within the KPI reporting, and prevented incorrect reporting to the leadership team. This allowed management to gauge the department throughout the year and discussed during leadership meetings.• Captured over $1M dollars of miscategorized annual spend with a single filter media vendor at a major site. Other reports would show max surge pressures allowed by simulating HPHT down hole drilling fluids, pore pressures, and frac gradients to show the benefits of running a flow diverting tool, saving the customer hours in rig time. For example, running a certain flow diverting tool would allow two hours shorter run time. This would save the customer nearly $100k in expenses, at which rig cost were $50k an hour.• Reviewed and created request for quotes and tool hook up drawings before tools left for the customers' rig. • Revised procedures that simplified the sales team’s decisions in choosing appropriate tools for customers. This allowed clients and sales that weren’t too familiar with the tools to feel confident in their decision making and to accept job proposals.• Created a central database that allows increased access of job procedures for multiple departments and product lines.• Due to my project planning and time management skills, I placed top among the team in handling request and developing solutions. For the better part of 2014, I was the sole Application Engineer for my product line in NA and GoM. I generated over $350,000 in billable revenue by developing customer specific reports.
