Technical Account Manager
CurrentAs Technical Account Manager I am the trusted technical adviser to my customers. This involves the full life cycle delivery of the Everbridge product suite including Project Management, customer engagement and training, and any required manuals and documentation. I also collaborate on new use cases, and upgrades for my existing clients. My main aim in the role is to become part of the client's team and to improve and maintain the relationship between the client and Everbridge. I work remotely but am often visiting clients if required. I have worked with a wide range of clients. The main client since my first week at Everbridge is one of the largest global banks. I also have worked with a variety of other clients, including multiple NHS trusts, UK Government and the UK Armed Forces and a large variety of local and global companies in varying business verticals.
