In my role at VHB, I lead efforts to support private and public development in Metro DC, and advance development activities in the Greater Boston market. I have assisted corporations, private developers, communities, institutions, and individuals assess their development potential, perform due diligence, and prepare and execute master plans for a variety of real estate assets. With more than four decades of experience, I have helped major U.S. corporations in the development of new corporate campus workplaces and have directed many of VHB’s large-scale master development planning efforts. I have also assisted with acquisition, disposition, and repositioning efforts for major complex real estate assets and other corporate facilities for developers and portfolio investors. My unique understanding of development strategy is well grounded in the integration of complex transportation infrastructure, mobility, environmental analysis, utilities, and complicated site and regulatory environments.My current focus is repositioning distressed real estate assets in Metro DC and along the East Coast. Notable projects I have been a part of include: Amazon HQ2 in Arlington, VA; Boston Bid for the 2024 Summer Olympics; Capital One West Creek Campus Headquarters in Richmond, VA; CarMax Corporate Headquarters in Richmond, VA; and Altria Center for Research & Technology in Richmond, VA.
