Ensured fuel oil quality control standards were met in accordance with NSTM. ✓ Oversaw the management of the fuel testing lab, responsible for maintaining stable condition of the vessel with respect to hog, sag, trim, list, load line, free surface effects, and stability, maintain ships oil record book, ballast water management program, and Cargo Max (shipboard stability program). Ensured compliance with Safety Management System.✓ Complied with all off load and on load plans for the on/off loading of cargo, fuel, and ordnance.
